What kinds of wine do you feature?

We feature only premium wines from select wineries around the world. All of our wines are reviewed prior to selection by our panel of wine experts for their quality and value. We profile these wines for relative taste and style – allowing us to match them to your personal preferences.

Will you send a wide variety of wines?

Each standard club shipment will include two different varieties of premium wine. Our wine club memberships are designed to give you wines you will enjoy – and to provide you with new releases, varietals and styles. Many will be small release wines you will not find in your grocery store or local wine outlet.

Do you offer a guarantee?

If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or products you can cancel your membership with no penalty. No hassle and no additional costs! On the same note - We would love to hear from you regarding how we can do better.

Is your on line purchase secure?

We use the latest technology and processes for placing orders on line – security, protection and your confidence are of the utmost importance to us.

How is your wine packaged?

Our wines are delivered in ecologically friendly, specially-designed packaging to ensure safe delivery.

When can I expect Wine Club shipments?

Wine club shipments will be shipped in the last week of every month. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard UPS ground shipment.

When can I expect Wine Store shipments?

Wine Store purchases will be shipped within two business days of receiving your order – and will be shipped by common carrier as you designate.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses. Business addresses are preferred as delivery can often be made more reliably and on a timely basis.

Can you ship outside the United States?

We are limited to shipping to designated states only – and cannot ship outside of the US at this time.

Are bottles full sized?

We feature only standard, full sized 750 ml bottles of wine.

What is the time frame for your club memberships?

Our membership has no limit of the time period you belong – there is no fee for joining and/or penalty for canceling your membership. You will only be billed for completed shipments and at the time of shipments being sent. Our goal is to have happy customers -for a lifetime.

For Memberships and other orders that are designated as gifts – will you include a personalized message?

Yes - Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll have the option of sending a gift announcement by U.S. mail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa and MasterCard only at this time.

How are your wines stored prior to shipment?

All of our wines are stored in environmentally controlled storage prior to shipment.
